Behavioral Health Training & Development Facilitator

Key Responsibilities

The facilitator trains, coaches, and develops early career behavioral health professionals and established team members using adult learning techniques. They also collaborate with the Program Coordinator to design educational materials, evaluate program outcomes, and ensure fidelity to workforce development standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in human services or social work with at least two years of post-graduate experience, with a master's degree preferred. A valid Indiana behavioral health license or relevant certification is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and group facilitation experience.
