Job Description

Physical Therapist | Clinical Director Opportunity

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers | Oklahoma City, OK

The people you work with make a difference in how you feel about coming to work. At our Oklahoma City clinic, you’ll find a close-knit, family-oriented team that cares about its patients and one another.

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to build meaningful patient relationships, continue learning, and be part of a supportive team. If leadership is something you’re interested in, there’s also an opportunity to step into a Clinical Director role now or grow into it over time.

What Makes Our Clinic Different?

Our Oklahoma City clinic is a local leader in pelvic health, serving a mix of pelvic health, orthopedic, and balance patients. Here, you’ll help people work through challenges that affect their confidence, independence, and everyday lives.

New to pelvic health? We’re happy to train. You don’t need to arrive with that experience to have a future here. Bring your curiosity, compassion, and commitment to patient care, and we’ll help you develop your skills through training and continuing education.

Beyond the clinical opportunities, it’s the people who make this clinic special. We’re a welcoming, family-oriented team that values connection, shares knowledge, and supports one another. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions, contributing ideas, and growing with us.

Why Join Our Team?

A close-knit, supportive culture: Join a team that values you as a person and appreciates what you bring to the clinic.

  • Paid time off (PTO): Take time to rest, recharge, and enjoy life outside of work.
  • Medical insurance: Access coverage to support your health and well-being.
  • Bonus plan: Participate in a bonus program in addition to your base compensation.

Continuing education: Build your skills through a strong continuing education program, including training for clinicians new to pelvic health.

A varied patient population: Work with pelvic health, orthopedic, and balance patients while developing your clinical interests.

  • State-of-the-art equipment: Have access to modern tools that support individualized patient care.
  • AI-assisted documentation: Use technology designed to support the documentation process.
  • Room to grow into leadership: Explore a Clinical Director opportunity now or discuss a future path into the role.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
  • Provide physical therapy services for a mix of pelvic health, orthopedic, and balance conditions, with training available.
  • Educate patients so they feel informed, supported, and confident in their recovery.
  • Collaborate with your teammates to support patient progress and a positive clinic experience.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
  • For those interested in leadership, help guide clinical care and support team development as responsibilities grow.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Physical Therapy and current Oklahoma PT licensure, or eligibility to obtain it.
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and an interest in expanding your clinical skills.

Interest in a Clinical Director role now or in the future is welcome. Prior pelvic health experience is not required.

Let’s Connect

Your next role should give you opportunities to grow and a team you’re excited to work alongside. Whether you’re interested in developing your pelvic health skills, treating a varied patient population, or exploring leadership, we’d love to hear what matters most to you.
