The Opportunity
Seeking Emergency Department physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
Current national certification and DEA are required.
Current CT state license is a plus.
The Practice
Johnson Memorial Medical Center – Stafford Springs, Connecticut
Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital – Hartford, Connecticut
St. Mary’s Hospital – Waterbury, Connecticut
Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center – Hartford, Connecticut
Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center.
617-bed medical center with a 70-bed Emergency Department.
Annual volume of 70,000 with 192 patients daily.
Good blend of acuity and diverse patient population.
Epic EMR with Dragon dictation.
Additional resources include ED case management and crisis clinician support.
Vituity-staffed hospitalists offer integrated care solutions at this site.
