We are seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) provider for a position at our Milford Center located in Milford, DE.
This position offers no call requirements, weekends off. Work with AlignMed in Milford, Delaware.
The provider will deliver primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with the medical director and center leadership. They are responsible for achieving clinical goals and improving health outcomes for patients within the facility.
Candidates must be a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of APP experience and a valid DEA registration. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
