Physiatry Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (PM&R in SNF)

Join IconicCare as a Physiatry NP/PA – No Nights/Weekends in Palo Cedro, California. Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a physiatrist, you will round at 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities or similar rehabilitation centers, 2–3 days per week at each location (one location M/W/F, the other T/H. Only one facility each day).

• Salary: $175K - $205K
