Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a physiatrist, you will round at 1–3 Skilled Nursing Facilities or similar rehabilitation centers, 1–3 days per week at each location.
This position offers no call requirements, weekends off, day shifts only. Work with IconicCare in Forest Grove, Oregon, United States.
The physiatrist will round at multiple skilled nursing facilities to deliver specialized care, including joint injections and individualized treatment plans. They will operate with high autonomy while collaborating with facility teams to optimize patient functional recovery.
Applicants must hold a current, unrestricted PA or NP license and be DEA licensed or willing to obtain licensure. Experience in nursing homes or physiatry is preferred, along with comfort performing peripheral joint injections.
