Key Responsibilities

The Manager of Midwifery Services provides leadership for the department, overseeing clinical protocols, staff supervision, and quality improvement initiatives. They are responsible for managing the midwifery budget, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating patient care within the obstetrics and gynecology department.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Midwifery and possess current NYS licensure as a Certified Midwife or Certified Nurse Midwife. A minimum of 7 years of midwifery experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, is required.
