They also participate in leadership development, policy implementation, and quality assurance monitoring to maintain regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a BSN degree with at least 5 years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery and 2 years of leadership experience. Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, and NRP, with an MSN degree preferred.
