The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with the medical director and center leadership to deliver primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents. They are responsible for achieving clinical goals and improving health outcomes through high-quality, compassionate care.
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with relevant state licensure and NCCPA certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
