Key Responsibilities
The Hospitalist provides clinical care and internal medicine consultations for patients admitted to affiliated hospitals. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations, managing patient conditions, ordering diagnostic tests, and conducting multi-disciplinary rounds.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctorate degree in medicine (MD or DO) and have completed advanced graduate medical education in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. An active Florida medical license and Board Certification or eligibility in IM or FP are required.
