Director of Nursing

Key Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing provides leadership and supervision for direct care staff while ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with physician orders. They are responsible for managing clinical documentation, medication administration, regulatory compliance, and acting as a primary liaison for resident medical needs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid LPN or RN license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing. A minimum of 6 months of experience in a long-term or assisted living setting is required.
