Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Director of Nursing provides on-site clinical supervision and oversight for nursing and direct-care staff during the overnight shift. Responsibilities include ensuring resident safety, managing staff performance, conducting clinical audits, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a current, unrestricted Registered Professional Nurse license in New York State. Prior experience in a supervisory nursing role, particularly in assisted living or memory care settings, is required.
