WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT
* Provide physical therapy services in patients’ homes
* Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
* Coordinate visits directly with patients and families
* Document progress and communicate with the supervising PT
* Provide care to pediatric and adult patients with a variety of needs
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* Active, unrestricted Texas PTA license
* 1+ year of experience preferred
* Current BLS/CPR certification
* Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage patient visits

Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist Assistant will carry out individualized treatment plans to help patients improve strength, mobility, and independence in their homes. They are responsible for coordinating visits, documenting patient progress, and communicating directly with the supervising physical therapist.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted Texas PTA license and current BLS/CPR certification. At least one year of experience is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and manage patient visits.
