PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) – HOME HEALTH

Lubbock, TX | PRN: $65–$75/Visit | Full-Time: $65,000–$75,000/Year | Weekly Pay

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

* Provide physical therapy services in patients’ homes

* Address strength, balance, mobility, and functional goals

* Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed

* Collaborate with PTAs and other members of the care team

* Work with patients across a variety of ages, diagnoses, and needs

* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

* Active, unrestricted Texas Physical Therapist license

* Minimum 1 year of PT experience

* Current BLS/CPR certification

* Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting

* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

* Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills

* Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively
