Key Responsibilities
The Field Medical Alignment Director leads strategic planning and execution for the US Oncology Medical Affairs portfolio to drive alignment and innovation. They also oversee operational excellence by managing systems, data analytics, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure high-performing medical execution.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an advanced healthcare or science doctoral degree and possess at least 5 years of field or medical affairs experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in oncology is required, along with strong strategic, leadership, and communication skills.
