Key Responsibilities
The provider delivers medical care to PACE participants and works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop and monitor care plans. They ensure all medical services comply with national and state regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current APRN or PA license in Oklahoma, along with OBNDDC and DEA certifications. At least one year of experience working with the frail and elderly population or approved training is required.
