FNP needed for additional coverage needs - employee based primary care clinic

Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP able to assist with a few weeks of sporatic coverage for an employee/family based clinic in Commerce City, CO.

Dates of Coverage Needed

• Nov 30-Dec 4
• Dec 23-Jan 4 (closed Dec 24, 25 & Jan 1 for holidays)
• Feb 22-Feb 26
• Hours: MWF - 7:30a-4:30p, TTH - 8:30a-5:30p
• Open to coverage of any portion of these dates and would likely lead to future coverage needs as well.
• Basic primary care to employees & their families, Ages 2+
• 8-10 patients per day
• DEA preferred, but not required
• Staff model: 1 provider:1 MA
• $90 per hour
• Paid Malpractice
• Paid shadow training/module training

Requirements

• Active CO license
• 2+ years primary care experience as an FNP
• BC
• DEA preferred, but not required
• Clean Background
