FNP needed for interim primary care/occ med

Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP with primary care & occ med experience to assist with interim coverage at an employee/family based clinic in Findlay, OH.

• Hours: M-Th - 7a-4p & F - 7a-3p

• Women's Health Experience required
• Occupational Medicine Experience (e. g. pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals, drug testing, OSHA exams, fit for duty): Preferred
• Workers Comp Experience (i. e. work injury, return to work, managing documentation): Preferred
• DEA: Preferred
• Ages seen in the Health Center: 12+
• Health Center Staffing Model: 1 MA, 1 Mental Health provider,1 Physical Therapist, 1 RN Health Coach,1 NP

Pay

• $90 per hour
• Paid malpractice & training

Requirements

• Must have active OH license
• Board Certified
• 2+ years primary care experience as an FNP
• Occ Health experience
• Women's Health experience
• Clean Background
