Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Pharmacist to join our team!

  • As the Pharmacist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring compliance with appropriate Pharmacy laws and standards of practice
  • Supervising pharmacy technicians as needed
  • Conducting medication assessments, paperwork for drug monitoring
  • Coordinating deliveries to ensure timely arrival of medication & supplies
  • Answering facility’s drug-related questions/concerns, assisting in solving problems
  • Assistance in drug procurement; processing orders

Maintaining awareness of current controlled substance laws and regulations, along with Consonus Pharmacy policies and procedures.

Qualifications

B. S. Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

Current license in State(s) practicing.

Strong clinical and IV skills as a Pharmacist are required.
