Oncology Nurse Navigator Breast Surgery PRN

Join Inova as a Oncology Nurse Navigator – PRN, Day Shift in Fairfax, Virginia, United States. Inova Schar Clinic is looking for a dedicated RN Oncology Navigator to join the team in their Riverstone Clinic for Breast Surgery. This role will be a PRN day shift position, Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates community health programs and cancer-related education and groups.

• Conducts comprehensive assessment of the patient's health and psycho-social needs, and develops a case management plan in collaboration with the patient and their support system.

• Assesses patient needs and coordination of multidisciplinary care.

Requirements
