Physician – Advanced Wound Care

We partner with skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals to deliver exceptional, evidence-based wound care in the post-acute setting. Join our expanding national team of highly trained wound care specialists who are redefining healing while reducing hospital readmissions across the country.
What You’ll Do
- Wound Care Leadership
- Perform comprehensive assessments of acute and chronic wounds.
- Develop and implement individualized, advanced treatment plans.
- Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, skin grafting, and infection control.
- Collaborative Care Coordination
- Partner with on-site nursing and rehab teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate treatment goals, progress, and adjustments across teams.
- Facility-Based Mobility
- Travel to multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities on a regular schedule.
- Ensure timely, efficient delivery of wound care in every location you serve.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physician in good standing (state-specific).
- Board Certified (Required).
- 1+ years’ experience in advanced wound care highly preferred.
- Certification in wound care (CWSP, CWS, WCC, WOCN, CWOCN) is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation and a passion for field-based care.

Requirements
Must be a licensed physician in good standing and board certified. At least one year of experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
