Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism and provide direct support and training to behavioral technicians. They are also responsible for monitoring client progress, conducting assessments, and maintaining clear communication with families regarding treatment recommendations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field and possess a current BCBA license. Demonstrated clinical competence in ABA and the ability to perform physical activities required for client interaction are essential.
