This is a part-time position working 14 hours per week at $52.00 per hour, offering an excellent opportunity for a licensed behavioral health professional looking for meaningful clinical work with a schedule that can complement a full-time position, private practice, or other professional commitments. Position Highlights Pay: $52.00/hour Schedule: Part-Time – 14 hours per week Location: Coles County – Charleston, IL Excellent opportunity for supplemental income Meaningful, hands-on behavioral health experience Collaborative medical and correctional healthcare team Employee Referral Program What You’ll Do As a Licensed Mental Health Professional with TK Health, you will assess, evaluate, and coordinate mental health care for incarcerated patients while helping develop individualized treatment and release plans that promote continuity of care.

Responsibilities include assessing psychiatric emergencies and providing crisis intervention; conducting suicide risk assessments and prevention services; providing substance use and MAT counseling; developing individualized treatment plans; coordinating care with medical, correctional, and behavioral health staff; and making appropriate referrals for psychiatric evaluation and medication management. You’ll also help connect patients with community mental health agencies and support services, assist with discharge and release planning, collaborate with community providers, maintain appropriate clinical documentation, provide mental health education to facility staff when needed, and perform other patient-care responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications Candidates must have a Master’s degree in social work, clinical psychology, counseling, psychiatric nursing, or a related behavioral health field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities. Current applicable Illinois behavioral health licensure is required, such as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other qualifying professional license. Why Correctional Mental Health?
