Provide direct patient care and support recovery under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and six months of experience with a similar patient population. Must hold or obtain CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certifications.
