Job DetailsJob Location: Stepping Stone - Evansville, IN 47714Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Addiction Outpatient Therapist to join our addiction services program, Stepping Stone. In this role, you will provide outpatient services to adult patients with primary diagnoses of substance abuse or addiction.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments. Provide individual, group, family, and marital psychotherapy. Deliver emergency crisis intervention services as needed. Provide Family Education and support when appropriate. Maintain appropriate clinical documentation of Treatment Plan/Goals and patient's progress toward meeting those goals. Coordinate patient care with other members of the treatment team. OTHER FUNCTIONS: Provide consultation/education service as needed to other Southwestern staff and outside professional groups and community members. Supervise and train students as appropriate. Facilitate other Residential or Outpatient functions as assigned. Job Qualifications
