Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, and deliver effective occupational therapy treatments to adult and geriatric patients in post-acute and long-term care settings. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and educate patients, families, and staff on therapy goals.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold an active or eligible Iowa Occupational Therapy license. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are required for this role.
