Job Description

Position Summary

Jefferson Radiology is actively recruiting a Remote Overnight Diagnostic Radiologist to support our growing practice in Connecticut. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interpreting studies in emergency settings including Level I trauma center studies in an urban setting. Acute inpatient studies are an important part of the total position responsibilities.

This is an excellent remote opportunity with flexible scheduling options, in a friendly and collegial section that fosters collaboration, work-life balance, and academic growth. The role is ideal for radiologists who excel in high-acuity overnight settings, enjoy autonomy, and value the support of a well-structured, physician-led practice.

Jefferson has a collaborative, physician-led culture with national support infrastructure, uncapped earning potential, and a pathway to partnership with profit-sharing opportunities. We recently implemented a significant compensation increase including Commencement and or Retention bonuses. Residents and/or Fellows are encouraged to apply.

We are proud of our positive, supportive work environment and are looking for a teammate who shares our commitment to collegiality and collaboration. We prioritize fairness, transparency, and work-life balance in both scheduling and coverage.

Salary Range with a base of $625,000.00 for on-site and $600,000.00 for remote with productivity incentives upwards to $1,000,000.00 annually

  • Overnight shift reading from 11pm-7am EST (8-hour shift) with schedule variety/flexibility
  • 7on/7off
  • 7on/14off

Onsite Option Available

For those who have Neuro training, there are additional opportunities with the late evening neuro shift.

Leadership abilities and interest would be considered an asset. The existing mature 24/7 on site Emergency Radiology program is ready to expand and take on new volume and the practice will support a leader willing to develop new programs and consider extensive network collaborations.

  • The practice maintains subspecialized support for complex or unfamiliar cases.
  • Our onsite radiology residency program offers opportunities for teaching and academic engagement
