Case Manager, RN- Pre Access

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for screening, coordinating, and facilitating the admission review of acute patients to ensure they meet medical guidelines. Collaborates with interdisciplinary staff and the Physician Advisor to manage patient transfers into the hospital.

Requirements

Requires a current CA RN license, BLS provider card, and a nursing degree, with a preference for an MS in Nursing and Case Management certification. Preferred experience includes two years of acute care case management or five years of acute care nursing, specifically with InterQual proficiency.
