1. ตรวจสอบข้อกำหนดและส่งแบบฟอร์ม
คุณต้องเป็นจิตแพทย์หรือนักจิตวิทยาที่มีใบอนุญาตหรือได้รับการรับรอง และยินยอมให้ทาง อูก้าตรวจสอบประวัติ โดยต้องมีคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นดังนี้
มีใบอนุญาตหรือได้รับการรับรองในไทยหรือจากต่างประเทศ
(เฉพาะนักจิตวิทยาคลินิกและจิตแพทย์)
มีประสบการณ์การให้คำปรึกษาหรือผ่านการรับรอง
มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 600 ชั่วโมง
2. รอการพิจารณา
หลังกรอกแบบฟอร์มสมัครและส่งใบสมัครเป็นผู้ให้คำปรึกษาของอูก้า เราจะติดต่อคุณกลับเพื่อแจ้งรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม
- กระบวนการพิจารณาจะใช้เวลา 5-7 วันทำการ
3. เอกสารที่ต้องแนบในการสมัครเบื้องต้น
ใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ (หากเป็นจิตแพทย์และนักจิตวิทยาคลินิก)
ใบรับรองความสามารถทางภาษา ( หากมี )
Resume หรือ CV
เอกสารสรุปชั่วโมงประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการให้คำปรึกษา ว่าเคยทำมาที่ใดมาบ้าง ที่ละเฉลี่ยกี่ชั่วโมง
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional counseling services to users through the Ooca platform. Manage patient consultations and maintain high standards of clinical care.
Requirements
Must be a licensed or certified psychiatrist or clinical psychologist with at least 600 hours of counseling experience. Applicants are required to submit professional credentials, a resume, and documentation of their clinical experience.
