Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide expert Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children on the autism spectrum in a hybrid, in-home setting. They are responsible for leading and instructing therapists while ensuring the delivery of compassionate, child-centered care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and licensure. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction and strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures are required.
