OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will provide occupational therapy services across all Milestone system facilities, evaluating needs and recommending treatment plans addressing factors like positioning, adaptive equipment, and daily living skills. Responsibilities also include direct treatment, staff training, documentation, and serving as a member of the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program and hold current Illinois licensure. Preferred qualifications include experience treating individuals with developmental disabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
