Key Responsibilities
The Clinic Director will oversee all clinic operations, including staff recruitment, community outreach, and the implementation of individualized patient treatment plans. They will also act as an investing partner to build and grow a new practice while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current or pending BCBA license and have graduated from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program. Previous experience in a pediatric setting is strongly preferred for this leadership role.
