Role Overview
As a CRNA Manager, you will ensure the delivery of safe anesthetic patient care in the Operating Room and throughout the hospital. You will administer, manage, and coordinate staff activities, provide unit leadership, and work in partnership with medical staff, nursing, and the healthcare team to develop a quality practice setting. Your role is critical in supporting professional nurse anesthesia practice and enhancing patient care outcomes.
What You Will Do
Ensure the delivery of safe anesthetic patient care in the Operating Room and throughout the hospital.
Administer, manage, and coordinate staff activities to optimize unit operations.
Provide unit leadership and work in partnership with medical staff, nursing, and the healthcare team.
Develop a quality practice setting that supports professional nurse anesthesia practice.
Enhance communication and feedback mechanisms within the team.
Accept organizational accountability for services provided to recipients.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Anesthesiology or Nursing.
Three to five years of progressively more responsible leadership in a clinical setting.
Current CRNA certification through the National Board on the Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Current license to practice in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse.
Current specialty license in the State of Michigan to practice as a CRNA.
Member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).

Key Responsibilities

The CRNA Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe anesthetic patient care throughout the hospital and coordinating staff activities within the Operating Room. They provide unit leadership and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and maintain a high-quality practice setting.
