Key Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing manages and coordinates the delivery of clinical care while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing admission processes, MDS assessments, infection control, and conducting daily resident rounds.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Hawaii and have at least 3 years of professional nursing experience. A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing is required, with preference given to those with experience in geriatrics or long-term care.
