Key Responsibilities

The RN Navigator serves as the clinical hub for patients, coordinating complex care pathways across thoracic oncology and congenital heart programs. They act as the primary point of contact to facilitate diagnostic testing, multidisciplinary evaluations, and seamless treatment progression.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate of Nursing (ASN) degree and an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact state. A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are preferred or required.
