Overview

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Spring Creek Family Medicine, located in Zion Crossroads, just outside of Charlottesville, VA. join a friendly, collaborative, and fast-paced practice serving a diverse rural community.

You’ll work alongside an established team of four physicians and two advanced practice providers while enjoying scheduling flexibility, dedicated administrative time, and outpatient-focused practice.

Position Highlights

• Busy practice with an established multi-generational patient population
• Collaborative work environment, providing care for patients in a growing rural community
• 4 or 5 day FT work week – 36 hours patient facing w/ 4 hours admin time
• Average patient volume of 16-18 a day
• Shared minimal call; 24-7 nurse triage team utilized first

Minimum Requirements

• Active NP or PA
• Minimum master’s degree required
• Experience preferred but open to exceptional new grad

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
