Job Description

HealthPartners Regions is looking to hire a Lead Behavioral Health Coordinator
to join our outpatient Behavioral Health team in Lake Elmo!  Come join us as a
Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our
patients and their families receive every day. 

Position Summary

The purposes of this position are: To act as a team lead for the Development
Pediatric team, to assure that established protocols and systems are maintained,
to batch daily charges, to provide patient appointment scheduling, appointment
referral administration/information, registration, and clinic reception services
to designated area, and to perform related duties as assigned. Works with
patients of all ages, primarily adults.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Required Qualifications

* Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Five years office clerical experience, including a minimum of two years in
a medical office setting. 

* Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Exceptional customer service skills (internal and external)

* Expertise use of computer, phone system and other office machines

* Knowledge of all policies, procedures and regulations relating to position
and clinic assignment

* Ability to systematically and skillfully respond to telephone calls and
customer requests

* Ability to work under pressure

* Attention to details in distracting environment

* Experience in a healthcare setting and EPIC
