At Konikoff Dental Associates, we’ve been winning the hearts and smiles of families in Hampton Roads for more than 30 years. We pride ourselves on providing a different kind of dental experience—one with a team dedicated to the highest quality of care and the idea that a trip to the dentist shouldn’t be scary. We provide specialty services all in-practice and have 10 convenient locations throughout Hampton Roads.

What We Offer

This office has a fantastic culture of staff and doctors. A new provider can expect to be productive from day one in an environment where they have full autonomy to practice on their own terms. As much dentistry as you would like to do! An incoming provider can expect to join a veteran team of doctors and staff along with a well established patient base. Busy office with great patient flow!

  • Up to $25k Sign On Bonus for qualified applicants
  • Full Time 4 Days/Week plus 1 Sat/mo (8am-12pm)
  • Clinical Autonomy to diagnose and treat patients
  • Compensation of $180,000-300,000+
  • PPO/Fee For Service - No Medicaid or HMO
  • Patient-Care Centric practice

  • Active dental license in the state of Virginia
