Job Details: Job Location: Middletown, CT (IHPC) - Middletown, CT 06457, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $115000.00 - $200000.00Base+Commission/month, Travel Percentage: Road Warrior, Location: Middletown, CT Earning Potential: $115,000 - $200,000 per year Flexible Monday - Friday schedule. No nights, weekends, or holidays.

Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience preferred. Palliative care, SNF, hospitalist, emergency department, or ICU experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with patients and families. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
