About the Role
Premier Health is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) to join a dynamic, hospital-based anesthesia team at Miami Valley Hospital South. Miami Valley Hospital South, conveniently located in Centerville, Ohio, offers a wide range of advanced inpatient and outpatient care.
Our services include emergency care, heart care (including cardiac catheterization), a spine and joint center, sports medicine services, and much more. Our five-story Comprehensive Cancer Center brings together a wealth of resources for fighting cancer.
Opportunity to earn $250,000 + while expanding income through incentive based stipends. We are seeking skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing anesthesia team at a reputable hospital system in Centerville, Ohio. You’ll work in a care team model alongside experienced anesthesiologists, covering a wide range of case types including:
- General surgery
- Neurosurgery (no heads)
- Peds: (B&B, mostly ENT & minor plastic surgery) <5%25
- No OB on the campus Ortho: regional anesthesia focus

Key Responsibilities
The CRNA will work within a care team model alongside anesthesiologists to provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical cases. Responsibilities include managing patient care for general surgery, neurosurgery, and orthopedic procedures in a hospital setting.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a valid Ohio license or eligibility to obtain one. Strong clinical skills across a broad case mix and a team-oriented mindset are required.
