TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida provides a full array of home care services for TGH patients, and those in the community needing home care. This office continues the same level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital.

What You'll Do

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Improve patient independence and safety
• Assess ADLs and functional limitations
• Educate caregivers and patients
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

What You'll Need

• Active Florida OT License
• Home health experience preferred
• HCHB experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning skills
• Ideal For: Occupational therapists, rehab therapists, home health clinicians
