We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnosis in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapist Assistants who want to provide truly patient-centered care in the Myrtle Beach, SC and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

* Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, environmental safety needs

Qualifications

* Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program required, Bachelor's or Master's in the same discipline preferred

*  Must be certified in the state of Georgia

* Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and practices, how to use the physical therapy equipment, and OSHA and infection control regulations required

* Experience in the treatment of neurologically related physical disorders is strongly preferred

* Excellent planning, organizational, writing, and time management skills are required

* Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must

* A valid driver's license is required
