Job Description
Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Full-Time
Location: Olean, NY
Premier Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our therapy team in Olean, NY. Join a collaborative team focused on helping patients achieve greater independence and quality of life.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
