Schedule

* PRN/On-Call shifts are available

* Flexibility in scheduling — ask us what options are available

Skills & Abilities

* Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed

* Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient

needs

* Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure

optimal outcomes

* Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks

* Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time

* Applies effective problem-solving skills to support patient progress

* Performs other duties as assigned

* Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of

Occupational Therapy

* Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

* Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care

* Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet

patient goals

* Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time

* Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will screen, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment programs to meet patient needs. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining accurate documentation and billing.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to meet productivity benchmarks.
