Key Responsibilities
Supervise the development and implementation of ABA services to ensure quality and consistency across agency programs. Establish data collection systems to measure and analyze academic, social, and behavioral performance while participating in IEP reviews and behavior support planning.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Special Education, Social Work, or a related human services field along with BCBA certification. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in providing or supervising ABA service programs.
