Join ICM Inc as a Lead Therapist – ABA, Flexible Schedule in White Hall, AR, USA. White Hall, AR The Lead Therapist is responsible for: * Work a maximum six (6) hours each week per client. * Of these, four (4) hours MUST be in customer’s home.

Key Responsibilities
The Lead Therapist is responsible for implementing and overseeing treatment plans for clients, including modeling techniques and providing guidance to Line Therapists. They must ensure the effectiveness of programs, manage data collection, and maintain regular communication with parents and supervisors.
Requirements
Candidates must have knowledge of evidence-based therapies such as ABA, Discrete Trial, and Pivotal Response Training. They should be capable of adjusting client objectives, managing data, and providing professional support to team members.
