Job description
Join ICM Inc as a Line Therapist – Autism Home Care, M-F 3-7pm in Fayetteville, AR, USA. M-F 3-7p Fayetteville, AR The Line Therapist is responsible for working directly with children who have autism in their home. Implementing evidence-based intervention strategies as outlined by the client’s Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).

Key Responsibilities
The Line Therapist works directly with children with autism in their homes to implement evidence-based intervention strategies. They are responsible for recording data according to the Individual Treatment Plan and reporting progress to the supervisor and interventionist.
Requirements
The role requires working 20 to 25 hours per week following a structured schedule of therapeutic activities. Candidates must be able to follow individualized treatment plans and maintain consistent data documentation.
