Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure program fidelity. Collaborate with BCBAs to develop behavior intervention plans and engage families through regular communication and training.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification. The role requires experience in clinical oversight, data analysis, and the ability to train and supervise clinical staff.
