Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will provide psychological, psycho-educational, behavioral, and family assessments for children and youth with emotional/behavioral difficulties and mental health issues, completing assessment reports. They will also provide individual, group, and family counseling in both mental health and school settings.
Requirements
Required education is a Master of Psychology (MPsych), with acceptable alternatives including Master of Clinical Psychology or Master of Educational Psychology, and registration as a Psychologist (RPsych) or doctoral psychologist with APE is necessary. Experience treating youth with emotional/behavioral/learning challenges and the ability to work collaboratively across school and mental health settings are essential.
