Job description
Ascensa Health is a non-profit Substance Abuse treatment center located in Atlanta, Georgia. The agency is committed to providing an integrated system of care that sustains long term recovery from the disease of addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders and returns the at-risk individual to their families and communities. Offering a full continuum of care to those most in need, the agency serves over 1500 individuals and families each year.
The agency is currently seeking a Part time Nurse Practitioner for Admissions/ Health Services programs. (10-15 hours per week) Requires a current Georgia Nurse Practitioner's license and prescriptive privileges.

Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide clinical care within the Admissions and Health Services programs. They will support an integrated system of care for individuals recovering from addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Georgia Nurse Practitioner's license. Prescriptive privileges are also required for this position.
